It's another bright Sunday here in Mauritius. Still hot as the depths of hell, and there's nothing more you wanna do that plop down in front of an open terrace door/window, and with a blowing fan to your side, an ice-cold mocktail in your hand (preference lately = virgin mojito *grin*) and a good read...

"Emma was with you?" she asked, hoping to break the stilted, tension-filled silence between them. ...'
Catch some more awesome SSS snippets from the list - Siobhan Muir, DeAnna Felthauser, Jessica E. Subject, Tory Michaels, Sue K., Sarah Ballance, Angela Quarles, JM Blackman, Sherry Gloag, Rebecca Royce, Cera duBois, Cherie Marks... and the rest of the posse this week :)
Hope you're all having a lovely weekend!
From Mauritius with love,
